Our initial consultation is $330.00 incl. GST for a 30 minute consultation 

or 

$550.00 incl. GST to $660.00 incl. GST for a 60 minute consultation
depending upon the seniority of the solicitor.

Employees need to apply to the Fair Work Commission within 21 days of the dismissal taking effect. The 21 day period starts the day after the dismissal. Unfortunately we cannot assist you if the 21 day period has expired.
